These terms and conditions define the rules of use of the AwesomeSMS service provided by the service administrator.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Regulations, the following definitions are adopted:

• Service - AwesomeSMS platform for sending SMS messages
• User - the person using the Service
• Konto - individual user account in the system

3 Rules of use

The user undertakes to:

• Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not to provide false data
• Non-infringement of third party rights
• Compliance with applicable laws

4 Accountability

The Administrator is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Service by the User.

5 Final provisions

The Regulations may be amended by the Administrator. Users will be informed of changes in advance.
