1. who owns the service

The owner and the entity responsible for the operation of awesomesms.com is Monolynx Piotr Krych, 57D Brzoskwiniowa St., 15-584 Białystok, Poland. Contact: piotrkrych@monolynx.com.

2. division of roles (RODO)

• Monolynx Piotr Krych is the data controller of its customers (users who create an account with AwesomeSMS).
• The customer (the application user) is the controller of the data of his contacts that he enters into the application, and Monolynx acts as a processor, acting only on the documented instructions of the customer and in accordance with the contract and regulations.

3 Categories of data

Customer data (application users): first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing data (e.g. tax ID, address), login history, account/license configurations.

Customer contact data: phone number, name and other information added by the customer. The scope and correctness of this data is the responsibility of the customer as an administrator.

4 Purposes and scope of processing

We process data for the purpose of:

• AwesomeSMS service provision (account setup and maintenance, billing, support, security).
• Handling SMS dispatch and automation on behalf of the client.
• Realization of integrations (e.g. Google Calendar) to the extent necessary for the operation of selected functions.
• Operational communications, including technical notifications, changes to regulations and security information.

5 Legal Basis (RODO)

• Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO - performance of a contract (provision of a service to a customer).
• Article 6(1)(f) RODO - legitimate interests of the administrator (ensuring security, preventing abuse, handling complaints).
• With regard to the data of the customer's contacts, the legal basis and information obligations to these persons are determined by the customer as their controller.

6. Google integrations (including Calendar)

When you connect your Google account to AwesomeSMS, the application only accesses the ranges necessary for the selected function (e.g. calendar.events or calendar.events.readonly). Data from Google is only used to generate SMS reminders and similar functions.

The customer can disconnect the integration at any time in Google's settings. AwesomeSMS does not sell Google data or use it for its own or third-party marketing purposes.

7 Data recipients and subcontractors

We entrust data to trusted providers (including hosting, maintenance, payment systems, security) for the sole purpose of providing the service. These providers process data under entrustment agreements and in accordance with the RODO. Customer contact data is not used by Monolynx for any of its own purposes.

8 Storage and retention

• Customer data - for the duration of the contract and for periods required by law (e.g., accounting, claims).
• Customer contact data - until the customer deletes it or the basis for processing on the customer's side expires.

9. rights of data subjects

• Customers have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection in accordance with the RODO.
• Those whose data was entered by the customer should direct requests directly to him as administrator. If the request goes to Monolynx, we will forward it to the appropriate administrator.

10 Safety

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including transmission encryption, access control, event logging, testing and monitoring. Access to data is granted only to authorized persons and only to the extent necessary to provide services.

11. cookies and similar technologies

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential, statistical and functional purposes. Details on the use and management of consents can be found in the cookie policy (if a separate document or consent banner is available).

12 Transmission outside the EEA

If the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area proves necessary, it is done in compliance with the requirements of the RODO (e.g., adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses). We inform users when such transfers take place as part of the services used.
